Building with jacobsen was very easy Patty and randy are very knowledgeable and Patty answered all my emails in a timely manner randy also helped as much as he could as well, we are in the house and love it! Minor repairs need to be done but all in all great company.

Great service from the start with Randy who took the time to walk through and answer all are questions, and helped us get the best design for are needs. Randy was always great answering are calls and/or getting back with us, and if he didn’t have the answer he would send us to Patty who was always able to get are needs or questions meet even though it was through some tough times with the pandemic going on, Patty would always reassure us, it would get done. They have a great teem at Plant City Florida, we love our Jacobson home.

I had a wonderful experience with getting this home done. Jacobsen's was most helpful, very friendly, prompt to reply and ready to assist through all the detail up to the final CO. Having a show room where you can see the floor plans in real life makes it so much easier to imagine your family there.

Very beautiful manufactured homes... You just need to have land where they can install it in... But overall beautiful homes... And if you have an old mobile home they will take it away and will add in your new mobile manufactured home...

We go so much information from him from what is involved, what costs we would face, what they can help you with and he also pointed us in the right direction to find land to build our home on. Scott is not pushy at all. He answered all of our questions with patience. We even went back a second day to ask more questions we thought of and he was never hurried. This plant and homes are so nice. The homes are open and they follow the Covid code. Due to the market and not being able to find land I decided not to buy a home at this current time. Dan is amazing. When I came in he helped me customize a floor plan to put on the land. He sat there with me and cut out bathrooms and bedrooms from different floor plans to make them fit. He informed me of the price for all the options that Jacobsen has and what the time frames are. Please give him a customer service award. I will be buying from Jacobsen in the future when I can find some land in the area, but in the meantime, if you need a house. Please go see Dan!!

Sometimes the facts speak the most loudly. Here are the facts about my experience with Jacobsen and specifically Randy, Rick, Tom, and Brenda. My wife and and I were helped to design our home during the sales process by Randy resulting in our dream home. Rick and Tom navigated us through the engineering and buying process resulting in a expedited time frame and fair loan. Tom also helped us quickly secure our dream property too! Brenda managed the delivery and build of our new home ahead of schedule....during the Covid Crisis! Ahead of schedule!!!! It was worth repeating!

My family now enjoys our American Dream. A beautiful custom Jacobsen home.... on 10 acres ........wait for it...on Field of Dreams Lane!

Jacobsen Homes are the best!! My husband and I were living in a home that was literally falling apart. We were not sure we could afford a new home or qualify for a mortgage. Jacobsen found us a lender and worked with us to help us get the home of our dreams. We encountered a number of seemingly insurmountable issues during the process- none of which was Jacobsen’s fault, but they worked with us to overcome every single one of them. Nothing short of miracles! I cannot say enough about the people at Jacobsen. They treated us like family from the start. If anyone is looking for a new home, I cannot recommend Jacobsen enough. You will not regret dealing with them!!!

We could not afford their homes this time around, but my experience with Jacobsen has been top notch. Tom and Leslie were very forthcoming with the information I needed, honest, and friendly. Plus, I am professionally very familiar with one of the contractors that they hire to work on their homes, so I know their homes are put together by quality people! With a good budget, I highly recommend starting out with Jacobsen before you consider other builders. They will see me again when my income reliably increases!

As a recent Jacobsen homes buyer. I can not tell you how satisfied I am not only with Jacobsen the home builder but with Mark Malanowicz from the Plant City sales office. I had the pleasure of having him help me from start to the finish on my project. At 55 years old I retired and decided to move from Orlando to Sarasota and was lucky enough to find a lot in a community that not only my parents live in but my grandmother did as well.

Now I will not say that the entire process didn't come with some bumps in the road, but to be honest much of that is just from the lack of EVER going through the process of building a Mobile home vrs a brick and mortar home as I have done in the past. But Mark and his entire team was always there when I called with questions or concerns. Another key note I would like to mention is that the team that Jacobsen put together to complete my outdoor package went above and beyond as well to complete my entire project.

I am currently working with Marks other office at Citrus Homes in Brandenton, FL to install a unit for my brother who has just started the process. If I wasn't happy or for sure that the outcome wasn't far greater than the small issues that comes up I would have NEVER allowed him to move forward with this company. My brother actually read the reviews on his own and brought those concerns up to me so this is why I felt I must take the time to give you the opinion of someone else. I hope this helps anyone with questions or concerns you might have. Jacobsen is one of the few Manufactures that will allow you to make almost ANY changes to a model you like to fit your personal needs. That is huge for a buyer!! or at least it was for this buyer.....
